To qualify, you must complete the following within 14 days of purchase:
Watch and complete all videos in the Discovery Process.
Submit your Coaching Questionnaire.
Book and attend your 1-on-1 Business Set Up Call, or contact your Coach to cancel with feedback based on the Discovery Process.
Important Notes
If you do not attend your scheduled Business Set Up Call and fail to notify your Coach in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Rebooking a call is at the discretion of your Coach and will only be granted in extenuating circumstances (e.g., serious illness, death of a loved one).
If a make-up call is booked and missed without prior communication, no refund will be granted.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
Respond to the email you received when joining Conscious Creators.
Provide proof that you have completed all required steps above.
Refunds will be processed by your Coach if all conditions are met in full. Ineligible customers may, at the Coach’s discretion, receive a partial refund.
